Coupling model of land use benefits and its application

摘要：

Land use produced significantly socio-economic and eco-environment benefitswith the rapid development of a city. The benefits system is a compound one and they influence,limit and enhance each other. A dynamic coupling model between land use benefits is set up according to the theory and method of system science. The coupling degree is an important factor to analyze the coordinated relationship of the benefits. The model reveals that land use benefits systems evolvement go through 4 stages,e.g. low-grade symbiosis ,coordination ,utmost and revival. The model is successfully applied in studying the coordinated relationship of land use benefits in Guangzhou city. The socio-economic and eco-environment benefits of land use are better and better during the period of 1990 ～ 2005. In general, the coupling degree evolvement of land use benefits in Guangzhou city is a parabola in the 16 years and demonstrates coordinated development, the coupling degree decreases in the earlier 5 years and increases in the later 11 years. In the middle-later of 1990s, land use benefits are the best coordination.
