The application of System dynamics on construction risk identification

摘要：

This paper firstly puts forwards risk management in construction process, according to project construction procedures and describes the application of system dynamics in construction project management. Then during the construction, in the view of contractors,System dynamics is adopted to risk identification. At last, this paper proves the feasibility and advantages of the application of system dynamics on construction risk identification. For paper length is limited, this paper only takes completion date risk as an example to analyze the completion date reasons and the results after risk and influence of system itself adjusting on risk after risk occurrence.
