Studying the Collaborative Negotiation and its Mechanism for Electronic Commerce

摘要：

Collaborative negotiation is a new type of multithread negotiation. This paper first elaborates collaborative negotiation, analyzes its concept and characteristics, then studies the mechanism of collaborative negotiation.Collaborative negotiation is an effective negotiation mechanism in electronic commerce environment. Enterprises can deal with the business process in a more scientific way and improve competitive competence through collaborative negotiation.
