A Non-Linear Model of Human Resource Evaluation
This paper presents a non-linear model for synthesizing the result of human resource evaluation. According to the degree of influenced by position of human resources basic diathesis, evaluation factors are divided into two parts in this model, i.e. dominance index and recessive index. When the result of dominance index confirmed, whether human resource is competent for the position or not that is decided by the recessive index, and the relation of related competence to recessive index is non-linear.
