Simulation Model for Regional Circular Economy Sustainable Development
A circular economy (CE) is based on the sustainable development of the economy and society.Different patterns are applied to various regions and conditions to realize their CE and achieve core competence. Based on the competitive advantages theory, the regional circular economy sustainable development system (RCESDS) takes the institutions of the community and science and technology(S&T) into consideration. RCESDS also analyses the basic and correlative abilities for all kinds of elements within the system, including resources, the economy and the nature of society. This constructs the 3-Hiberarchy and 3-Dimensionality measurement system for regional circular economy sustainable development capacity.Simulate the capacity by system dynamics methods with historical data. Different regions should take different circular patterns. Its important for government to control by institutions and S&T.
