Experimental Research on Desulfurization and Dechlorination of Combustible Solid Fuel
Mix life garbage, sludge and coal, add the appropriate amount of combustion improver,desulfurization agent for the preparation of the solid fuel. Use the orthogonal ingredients----L16 (45), set the target of the desulfurization rate, the dechlorination rate for the objective function. Weve used mathematical methods of statistical analysis to get the targets of the forecast equation, the confidence level is above 90%; select the optimal formula of the desulfurization and dechlorination through the objective function of the analysis of variance and range: A4B4C3D4, A3B3C2D3. The mixed ratio of garbage,sewage sludge, coal is 1:1:2, 15% of deadwood & defoliation, 0.18% of MnO2 and 1.5% of CaO, for the preparation of composite fuel, and the desulfurization rate is 79.76 %. The mixed ratio of garbage, sludge,coal is 1:2:1, 10% of deadwood & defoliation, 0.17% of MnO2, 1.2% of CaO, for the preparation of composite fuel, and the effect of dechlorination rate reached 78.98% . The above-mentioned methods for the preparation are conducive to the developent of garbage sludge composite fuel.
