Biotechnology in Resource Recovery of Organic Solid Waste
This paper describes application status and development trend of biotechnology in resource recovery of organic solid waste. Corresponding achievements in our research group were introduced, particularly the ideas of lactic acid and biodegradable plastics production from food waste. The crucial factors and mechanism during this bio-production were discussed. The resource recycling system as lactic acid fermentation lactic acid extract from fermentation liquid synthesizing of poly-lactic acid fermentation residue composting was established to save cost and reduce pollution.
