Separation of Solid-liquid by Integration Technology of Thermo-compression Filtration-drying

Proposed the concept of thermo-compression filtration-drying technique and described the character, principle and application in chemical engineering of this technique. The study of dewatering dynamics and process parameters showed saturated steam face and superheated steam face existed in the process of thermo-compression filtration-dying, and separation effect were relate to the degree of vacuum and temperature of drying board. This technique was applied in the separation of solid-liquid of pearl pigment production. The results showed the production process was simplified, production period shortened from 17.5h to 2.0h, and energy consumption was saved 37%.
