Isoflavone Derivatives Research
7-Hydroxy-4-methoxy-isoflavone in yield of more than 80% were synthesized by one pot from arylphenol and phenylacetic acid using C1 reagent and BF3/Et2O as a solvent and a catalyst. Mild reaction conditions, high yield and decrease of intermediate product of the process, suitable for mass production. At the same time the synthesis of isoflavones a chemical modification, We had two categories of products 4`-methoxy-7-(2-bromine ethoxy)isoflavone and 4-methoxy-7-Carboxymethoxy isoflavone ,Its derivatives of isoflavones on a very good reference .
