STUDY ON THE APPLICATION OF FLUORESCENCE QUENCHING AGENT

This paper introduced the application of a powdery fluorescence quenching agent, and studied a few factors which influenced the effect of fluorescence quenching agent. The result indicated that the fluorescence quenching effect was obviously influenced by the temperature of pulp and also influenced by the mixing time of fluorescence quenching agent and pulp. With the temperature increasing, the fluorescence quenching effect could get better. When the pulp temperature was during 60-80 O C and the mixing time of fluorescence quenching agent and pulp above 35min, the fluorescence quenching effect was ideal. During the fluorescence quenching, the brightness of blue light decreased and the reducing of brightness of blue light more than the reducing of the improving brightness by fluorescence brightening agent, the former always 1.4 times of the latter.
