Comparison the Ability of Purifying Aquaculture Wastewater between Bacillus and Nitrifying Bacteria.
Using the multi-bacteria system which was dominated by Bacillus subtitles,Bacillus licheniformis and nitrifying bacteria to treat aquaculture wastewater, the value of water quality factors, including pH, dissolved oxygen(DO), ammonia, nitrite and chemical oxygen demand (COD ), to compare the ability of purifying aquaculture wastewater between chose bacteria. The results showed that water quality of groups added bacteria was batter than the blank. Bacillus subtitles and Bacillus licheniformis both could remove COD and nitrite in wastewater effectively and the concentration of COD, nitrite were low 100mg/L, 0.6mg/L respectively, but the removal rate of COD,nitrite was different, the rate were 67.97%, 70.16% vs. 99.28%、99.51%.The concentration of ammonia and nitrite in effluent was low 0.6mg/l under nitrifying bacterias effect, removal rate were 99.38%, 81.44% respectively. The bacteria addition had no obvious effect on pH in water body. Every of the three chose bacteria had different advantage on aquaculture wastewater treatment. The articles objective was to find bacteria effort mechanism and support the choice of effective complex microorganism for repairing aquaculture water ecosystem.
