Synthesis of 3-methyl-N-substituted -1H-indole

摘要：

A Practical synthesis of 3-methyl- N-substituted -1H-indole starting from 2-halogen phenylamine was described,by following acetylation or sulfonylation ,alkylation and the intramolecular Heck reaction .The target compound were comfirmed by IR 、1 H-NMR.、MS.
