Dextran Modifies 7-Hydroxy-4-methoxy-isoflavone
One new strategy was developed that dextran modified 7-hydroxy-4-methoxy-isoflavone: hydroxyl of 7-hydroxy-4 ??- methoxy-isoflavone was protected by ethyl chloroacetate; isoflavone grafted to dextran (dex40 )via its terminal carboxylic acid group with the presence of nucleophilic reagent DMAP and coupling reagent DCC. The production may be going to become one novel medicine material with two merits of isoflavone and dextran .
