Study on the release performance of encapsulated Lavender oil

摘要：

The release performance of microencapsulated Lavender oil is evaluated under various temperatures. The results show that the thermal stability of the oil after encapsulating is enhanced obviously, and the release rate rises along with the increasing of the storage temperature. Meanwhile, the releasing mechanism of encapsulated Lavender oil which is placed in the atmosphere is according with the equation of Avrami and the first order kinetics very well.
