Synthesis of ATO Particles by Supercritical Fluids and Preparation of Conductive Film by Wet-Coating of Them as a PET Substrate
Although ITO film has a high conductance and transparency, there is a weakness that cost of supplying ITO is too expensive. Therefore, a cheaper conductive film must be requested to replace ITO film. In this paper, the conductive film with a high transparency was prepared the ATO film by a substrate as a thin PET (polyethylene terephthalate) film. Fine particles of ATO were synthesized by a SAS method. The SAS method is better than sol-gel and hydrothermal methods in suspension property and controlling of fine particles of 10~30 nm diameter. At mole ratio of Sn:Sb=8:2, the properties of ATO were better than at any other mole ratio.
