Application of Hybrid Anaerobic-Chemical Precipitation-A/O process to Organic Amine Wastewater Treatment

The problems existing in original wastewater treatment process of organic amine were analyzed, and a modified process of Hybrid anaerobic-chemical precipitation-A/O was presented. Treatment effects of each unit and problems of start-up were described. Through about 100 days commissioning, the project could run normally, the combined system total removal rate of COD and BOD were 90.8% and 83.8% respectively, average effluent concentration of ammonia nitrogen was below 50mg/L, which comes up to the discharge standard.
