The effect of lipase and Mn 2+ on the treatment of soluble oil by SBR
It was investigated for the effect of micro-amount Mn 2+ and lipase on soluble oil in the simulation solution in SBR system under different conditions. The results showed that the activated sludge was quickly adapted, and the efficiency of soluble oil degradation and COD removal were obviously raised under the condition of 1 mg ·L -1 lipase in the system. However, the inhibition effect was resulted in the condition of 1.0 mg ·L -1 Mn 2+ . The efficiencies of soluble oil degradation and COD removal were rapidly raised effectively within a short period, the ratio of protein to polysaccharide was increased under the condition of Mn 2+ concentration being 0.05 mg ·L -1 . The result of comprehensiveness of inhibition and enhancement to system was showed in combination of adding 1.0 mg ·L -1 Mn 2+ and 1 mg ·L -1 lipase. The dynamics of the systems were studied and the kinetic constants for systems were calculated as 6.2 ×10 -3 ( for control), 7.5 ×10 -3 (for adding 1 mg ·L -1 lipase), 8.1 × 10 -3 ( for adding 0.05 mg ·L -1 Mn 2+ ), 8.3 ×10 -3 (for adding 1 mg ·L -1 lipase and 0.05 mg/L Mn 2+ ), respectively.
