Study on Treatment of the Emulsified Waste by non-fully Chemical Coagulation

Waste emulsion of oil/water(O/W) is treated by means of non-fully chemical coagulation. The best coagulant is PAC and PAM and the coagulating condition is polymeric aluminum chloride(PAC) 1.0~2.0g/ L,polyacry lamide (PAM) 20mg/ L and pH 6.5~8.5. The treated wastewater with COD of 500~5600mg/ L can be reused to formulate new emulsification. The coagula from l L waste emulsified water is treated by adding 4.5ml concentrated sulfuric acid and 15ml/ L oil is reclaimed, moreover, the rest mixture can be reused to treat O/W waste emulsified water.
