Research on Dense Phase Pneumatic Conveying of Pulverized Coal with CO2 Carrying Gas
Taking CO2 as carrying gas, the influence of operating conditions on flowing characteristics was investigated in the dense-phase pneumatic transport system of pulverized coal. Typical experimental results on the pulverized coals pneumatic conveying process with CO2 as carrying gas were reported. In addition, power spectrum transformation and the symbolic statistic method were applied to analyze the conveying stability. Compared with air, it showed the conveying capacity and stability of CO2 carrying gas were weaker under the same carrying gas flow rate.
