Pilot Performance of an opposed multi-burner gasification technology of pulverized coal
Advanced large-scale gasification is a key technology of clean utilization of coal. Development of an opposed multi-burner gasification technology of pulverized coal is briefly reviewed. Its typical gasification results in a pilot scale with both refractory lining and membrane wall are introduced; and the typical operation results are compared with those of some dry-fed entrained-flow coal gasification technologies. Additionally, syngas compositions in the pilot plant are also reported employing CO2 as carrier gas of pulverized coal instead of N2.
