MLE Explicit Solutions for the Two-Way Classification Random Models

According to the literature 1-5,MLE explicit solutions for general mixed effects model do not certainly exist,and specially,the two-way classification random model has no MLE explicit solutions.This conclusion is incorrect.Applying spectral decomposition 6,MLE explicit solutions for the two-way classification random model are given in this paper,and furthermore,MLE explicit solutions for a type of simple non-balanced mixed effects model are also given.We guess that MLE explicit solutions of general mixed effects models certainly exist,and this will bring more conveniences for the application.The reason that the conjecture established is given in the paper.
