Primary application on a light response model to describe light response curve of Bidens pilosa leaf net photosynthesis,grown at two different light intensities
In this paper,we have extended a light response model and have applied it to describe not only the net photosynthetic rates increase as the light intensities increase until saturation,but also the net photosynthetic rate decrease as the light intensities increase in Bidens pilosa,grown in two different light conditions (full sunlight and 50% sunlight,shaded condition).The fitted results were compared with those obtained by nonrectangular hyperbola model and rectangular hyperbola model.The model can be used to simulate light response curve of photosynthesis under a wide range of light intensity,including low level irradiance and photoinhibition under different environmental conditions.
