The Application Research of DNA Multiple-compression

摘要：

A novel scheme of DAN multiple-compression algorithm is proposed in this paper. In the scheme, the DNA data is firstly transformed into the set of new characters by 0/1 encoding, and then the appropriate classical compression algorithms are further used in the transformed data. When it is applied to some benchmark dataset of DNA sequences, the experimental results are positive.
