ULTRARAPID VITRIFICATION OF OOCYTES AND EMBRYOS

摘要：

Vitrification of oocytes and embryos has important applications in the preservation and management of genetic resources, low-cost international movement of selected genetics, and rapid dissemination of germplasm. It has been successfully applied to several livestock species including cattle, goats, sheep, and other model animals although limited practical success has been achieved in pigs.
