Determination of Shoot Load Based on Optimized Wine Grape Quality and Yield
By using regression analysis and multiple objective programming, this paper studies the effect of shoot density as the main cultivation parameter and fruit set and inter-node shoot length as the secondary control indices on Cabernet Sauvignon fruit sugar content, wine color and yield, and found that a shoot density of 14/m can realize the yield demand while achieving high wine quality object under certain production conditions.
