Permanence and extinction in nonautonomous competitive Lotka-Volterra system
A non-autonomous competitive Lotka-Volterra system is considered in this paper. For n r,the sufficient conditions on the coefficients are provided to guarantee that r of the species in the system are permanent while the remaining r n 儃 are driven to extinction. It is shown that these conditions are weaker than those of Montes de Oca and Zeeman J. Math. Anal. Appl. 1995, 192: 360-370 and Zhao, Chen Communications on Applied Nonlinear Analysis. 2003, 10: 33-39 .
