The Forecast of Flooding Damage in Anshan Region

摘要：

This paper according to the real measurement of rainfall information near more than 50 years offering by Haicheng Meteorological department , have established grey forecast model, used the grey system theory to predict flooding. Through the analysis of residual examination and grey correlative degree, the model reaches certain precision, finally, has carried out the actual inspection for foreseeing conclusion according to the real measurement, the result is ideal.
