Interaction Mechanism of GML Geospatial Data Based on Web Service
Interaction of geospatial data is one of important parts of GIS interoperation, and available methods of interoperation are mostly based on SOAP, WSDL,UDDI and web service. GML, as an encoding specification of geospatial data based on XML,provides a new choice to transport and interact geospatial data. This paper discusses and analyzes the modes and procedures for interaction of geospatial data according to web-based request, then proposes an interaction model of geospatial data based on web service and GML. Also, an available method to resolve the problem of request interaction among multi-source data is provided, which will promote GIS spatial data development of interaction and application of GML.
