Research on a Novel Architecture of PTO
The Service Oriented Architecture is a very promising architecture which can establish real-time enterprise. And it can make the enterprise become more flexible to adapting the market and the customer.Besides, the reuse of the services will become more effective and simple. In this paper the authors present a distributed, web service, which based on the Service Oriented Architecture after analyze the work flow of the Public Telecommunication Operator, on the basis of work as above-mentioned, the service granularity and the detailed of the framework is presented. In the final, this paper presents a prototype system, which can effectively reduce time costs and administration costs on disposing the complain information of the telegraphic customers. At the same time, the system function and integration of the system, and some key technical problems are investigated in this paper.
