摘要：

This paper analyzes the logistics characteristics of the chain retail industry aiming at the current state of short supply in the chain retail industry,and on the basis of comparing the existing distribution modes of chain retail enterprises,this paper brings forward detailed actions and measures for the chain retail industry to greatly develop the third party logistics.
