A Comprehensive Evaluation of Enterprise Emergency Management Capacity Based on Variable Weight Gray Cluster
This paper formulated an evaluation index system for enterprise emergency management capacity,and provided a method to calculate the indicators weight.In view of the subjectivity existing in the comprehensive evaluation of enterprise emergency management capacity multiindicators,indicatorsweights are generated automatically through the principle of Variable weight Gray Cluster in the evaluation process,thereby decreasing subjective factors during the evaluation.This paper,in the combination with case studies,offers some suggestions on enterprise emergency management capacity building according to experts assessment of indicators as well as the evaluation process and results.
