Human resources are the strategic resource of high-tech enterprises,and the important foundation for their survival and development.Comparatively speaking,talents are more likely to leave the enterprises than the ordinary ones.This serious phenomenon of talent drain often results in the crisis on the exploitation and management of corporate human resources;thereby it is of great significance in reality and of strategic importance to establish a set of scientific evaluation index for talent drain crisis early warning in high-tech enterprises.
