The Data Mining Model of Customer Value Based on Rough Set
Customer relationship management is a hot topic in intelligent business studies nowadays,in which the evaluation of customer value is one of the basic problems.Data Mining model of customer value is formed on the basis of customer value comprehensive evaluation index system,making use of rough set theorem,and then evaluation objects are sorted and preferred,from which a new method of customer value comprehensive evaluation is acquired.This method is finally demonstrated to be practical and feasible through examples.
