Decision Analysis of Multi-Stage IT Project Based on Real Options:Complex Benefit and Cost

摘要：

Sequential investment is a remarkable feature of IT projects which is of great significance for planning of sequential investment of IT project.This article discusses the risk control and investment decision making model under the condition of complex cost factors and benefit factors based on the current research,applies them into planning of multi-stage sequential investment and through a case study,verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of the model designed.
