Analysis of Evolutionary Game on Supervision of Government Funds for Science and Research
An evolutionary game model between departments of scientific funds and researchers was established in the paper based on the evolutionary game theory and the continuous dynamic system theory,and the dynamic evolutionary process of game between departments of scientific funds and scientific researchers was analyzed.The result shows stability of evolution presents the characteristics of periodicity and path dependence.In addition,the paper analyzes the relationship between evolutionary stable strategy and the related factors.On the basis of analysis,some countermeasures and proposals for anti-abuse of scientific funds were put forward.
