Financial Situation Evaluation of Listed Companies in Chinese Small and Medium Enterprise Board
From the cash flow point of view,an evaluation index system of financial situation is established according to the listed companies in Chinese small and medium enterprise board.The main ingredient scores are calculated on the basis of choosing typical listed companies and using principal component analysis,and then the comprehensive relational coefficient is computed between the indexes and the main ingredients combined scores.The index weights are obtained by means of normalizing the comprehensive relational coefficient.Then the relational coefficient is calculated between the evaluation sample listed companies and the ideal listed company by applying grey relational analysis,according to which the evaluation sample companys ranks are listed.Finally,the evaluation sample companies are classified by K-means cluster.Its result shows that the classes reflect the real financial conditions of listed companies.
