Rural Debt,Game of Property Rights and Financial Innovation in Rural Community--Based on an Empirical Analysis of Some Rural Areas in Hunan

摘要：

The authors of this paper,through the case study of creditors right defining the property rights in the rural community,believe that it not only will be beneficial to the reduction of rural debts,but also may promote the financial development of the rural community if rendering the property rights to the farmers,integrating the credit resources in the rural communities and entering into new financial contracts.
