A Comparative Study on Optimal Control of Non-homogenous Three-species Food Chain Models During Infinite and Finite Time Intervals
In this paper we propose a lattice to describe dynamics of three animal species populations, the first one and the third one be a prey and predator respectively and the second both a prey and a predator. The problem of controlling steady-states of nonhomogenous three-species food chain model during finite and infinite time intervals is studied using Lyapunov Bellman technique. The optimal control law is derived from the conditions that ensure the asymptotic stabilization of the steady-states of this model using Bellmans equation. The densities of three populations are obtained as functions of time.
