Optimal Procurement Strategy in the Presence of B2B Electronic Market
With the development of B2B electronic commerce,many creative business models have been put forward.Among them,online exchange and online reverse auction are regarded as the most popular and successful business models.In this paper,the combined effects of these two business models are investigated.Firstly,the suppliersbidding behaviors are described.Then,we analyze the effects of various market parameters on the retailers optimal procurement quantity.Our method provides a theoretical basis for understanding the effect of these factors in the setting of B2B electronic market.
