Research on the Customer Requirement Information and Processing for MC Basis on Industrial Design

With the market competition, the diversity and individuality demand of customer integrate into product has become inevitable. The mass customization model takes advantage of an opportunity in homeopathy and come into being. The design and technology to adapt customer-oriented requirement is an important part of the mass customization. In this paper, on the basis of introducing the concept, background of customer-oriented mass customization and the importance of requirement design, the main content and its depicting fuzzy characteristics of consumers requirement information are discussed. Using fuzzy theory of knowledge, discusses in detail the actualization method of requirement information: fuzzy definition of requirement information, fuzzy clustering and fuzzy configuring.
