On Delivery of Applicable Messages of Products for Aged People
With their physical and psychological functions failing, aged people would encounter many obstacles that make their life tougher. Therefore, it is especially important to show care and concern about aged people while providing products for them. Such care and concern should be performed by increasing the convenience of operation of such products, and increasing the products relation to aged people so as to build a tighter connection between aged people and the world. The above mentioned convenience of operation is mainly measured by delivery of applicable messages of the products. The paper deals with delivering brief messages for easier operation of the products by aged people and increase the emotional relation between aged people and the products for them and how to do that by visual, audio, and tactile.
