Global Stability of a Class of the Combination of SEIR and SEIS Epidemic Model with Saturating Contact Rate
A class of the combination of SEIR and SEIS epidemic model with saturating contact rate is studied. A basic reproductive number 0 R which determines the outcome of the disease is given and the existences of the equilibrium are discussed. If 0 1 R 凾 , the disease-free equilibrium is globally stable and the disease dies out. If 0 1 R 儺 , the endemic equilibrium is globally stable when theres no disease-caused person.
