The Qualification of the Board Governance Capacity in the Perspective of MGA-BP Neural Network
According to the characteristics,electronic industry belongs to the high-tech enterprise.This article analyzes the limitations of existing enterprise value appraisal methods in appraising the hightech enterprises value.We confirm that the major factors that influence the enterprise value of electronic industry in accordance with the characteristics of hightech enterprise value,and using the indicator system of high-tech enterprise value appraisal.In the empirical study,it establishes a comprehensive assessment model of high-tech enterprise value based on the analytical network which includes the influence of finance factors and non-finance factors to the high-tech enterprise value.Simultaneously,it reflects not only the influence of each factor on the enterprise value,but also the mutual influence among the factors.Finally,this article selects 27 electronic high-tech listed companies for value assessment and to obtain dits sorting.
