Isolation And Identification of A Fungal Strain Strain With The Capability of Transformation Ginsenoside Rg1

摘要：

A new soil isolated fungus strain 2246,was screened out to be capable of transformation ginsenoside Rg1.We separated and purified the biotransformation product from fermentation broth,then confirmed it as ginsenoside F1 by MS,13C NMR and HPLC.The active strain 2246 was identified as Penicillium sclerotiorum by morphological and molecular biological methods.
