Studies on the Distribution of Pseudo-ginsenoside GQ in Rats
Objective To study the organism distributions of pseudo-ginsenoside GQ (PGQ)in Westar rats and its plasma protein binding rate.Methods Wistar rats were administrated PGQ through sublingua intravenous(12.0mg·kg-1).PGQ were detected in the small intestine,lung,heart,stomach,uterus,fat,kidney,spleen after administration 10min by HPLC-ELSD.A balance between dialysis were determined PGQ with rat and human plasma protein binding.Results After administration 10min,in the small intestine,lung,heart,uterus,stomach,kidney,fat,spleen detected in different concentrations of PGQ drugs.In the brain,muscle,liver,testicle to only a small amount of drugs ,but in ovarian not detected out the drug.With the passage of time,in the organizations the drug concentration gradually decreased.4h in the administration,only in the small intestine detected PGQ.Plasma protein binding rate are 70% to 78%,and not with the concentration of change.Conclusions PGQ in rats are mainly distributed in the small intestine,lung,heart,kidney,stomach,fat and uterus,the highest concentration of PGQ is in the small intestine.Rat and human plasma protein binding rate are basically the same.
