Projects on Energy Consumption and Indoor Climate of Urban Residential Building Investigation in China

摘要：

Two investigations were carded out in 11 major cities in China (Figure 1) in order to understand the current conditions of life style,energy consumption,and indoor thermal environment of the Chinese residences.The first investigation covered questionnaire surveys and field measurements was carried out in 9 cities of different climate zones from 2001 to 2004,while the second investigation covered questionnaire surveys,meter readings and field measurements was carried out in 11 cities from 2006 and it will be continued until 2008.In addition,simulations were carried out to understand the annual cooling/heating loads in each city.
