Application of Air-conditioning Technology with Independent Temperature-humidity Control in Textile Mills
At present the air conditioning systems in textile mills not only consume huge energy but also meet the demand for the textile production difficultly sometimes.The textile enterprises are main consumers of energy,and energy saving is quite important for our country.Therefore,the paper puts forward a new idea to apply the air conditioning systems with independent temperature-humidity control (ACSWITHC) in textile mills.The feasibility of ACSWITHC applied to the textile mills is attempted to discuss.The paper shows the psychrometric chart of the air,and analyzes the process of air conditioning.Furthermore,the energy cost of ACSWITHC is also analyzed in the paper.It indicates that the application of ACSWITHC can save more energy effectively in comparison with the conventional air conditioning system.This kind of air conditioning system will be effective to the energy saving program of textile enterprises in the future.
