Evaluation of Large-scale Public Sector Green Degree Based on AHP and Fuzzy Synthetic Judgment
Though analyzing the problems in the building green degree of large-scale public sectors in China,this paper brings several evaluation targets from the perspectives of ecology,economy,functionality and comfortableness,at the same time,brings out a set of calculation method for integrate green degree.With the knowledge of AHP and fuzzy mathematics,this paper combines qualitative analysis with quantitative research to build a set of appraisal system to calculate large-scale public sectorsgreen value.Considering the importance of green ecology,the paper computes the value of green ecology though Life cycle Assessment.Large public buildings generally refers to the office building commercial building,tourism building,science education building,communications building and transportation building which construction area over 20,000 square meters.In recent years,with rapid development of Chinas construction industry,in particular the process of urbanization speeds up,building energy consumption is increasing,while the total construction area of less than 10 percent of large public buildings have been more than a quarter of its energy consumption,the data of Ministry of Construction shows the current National Government office buildings and large public buildings while construction accounted for only a total area of the city 4 percent,but its energy consumption has accounted for construction of the city 22 percent of the total energy consumption,electricity consumption for 70 ~ 300 kwh/m2,In other words,its energy consumption per square metre is five times that of the general building,highest attainable or even 10 times.In response to this situation,strengthen the building energy efficiency,promotion of large-scale development of green public buildings has become an urgent problem that need to solve,but due to the lack of an effective building green degreequantitative criteria and evaluation system,greatly Restricted the construction of large public green development.Therefore,this article use AHP and fuzzy mathematics,establishment a large public buildings green degree comprehensive evaluation index system,Considering the importance of green ecology,the paper computes the value of green ecology though Life Cycle Assessment.
