Study on the Appraisal Indicator System of Large-scale Public Building Green Degree

摘要：

As one of the most important public places,the large-scale public sector which has close relationship with public services and social management is the representative of urban style and the historical characteristics.With the quick development of Chinese urbanization and the fast improvement of peoples living standard,the number of the large-scale public sectors has been increasing a lot.Evaluating the green degree of large-scale public sectors,in an all-round,scientific,systemic way,is the sticking point for the green development of large-scale public sectors.This paper analyzes the problems in the building green degree of large-scale public sectors in China,brings out a set of appraisal indicators systems for integrate green degree.The large-scale public building generally refers to the building that used for office work,business,tourism,science technology and education,communication or transportation,occupying the area above 20,000 square meters.With the quick development of Chinese urbanization and the fast improvement of peoples living standard,the construction focus gradually shifts to large-scale buildings.Therefore,it seems specifically important for us to develop the large-scale building in a green way.
