Influencing Factors Analysis of Energy Consumption of an Office Building in Nanjing Based on Bin Method
Based on bin method,used to predict heating and cooling energy consumption of buildings,influencing factors of energy consumption of an office building in Nanjing are analyzed by orthogonal test,and the regression relationship between energy consumption of the whole year and various influencing factors is achieved by regression analysis.In addition,significant factors of energy consumption of the whole year are obtained by variance analysis,and pareto figure of influencing factors of energy consumption of the whole year is acquired at the same time.The results show that significant factors of energy consumption of the whole year are occupant density,indoor design temperature and fresh air standard.However,the effect of building envelope including roof,wall and window is relatively small.It indicates that insulated walls,insulated roofs and double glazings are not effective measures of saving energy in Nanjing and the occupant density,indoor design temperature and fresh air standard in the design of air conditioning should be confirmed.To sum up,this paper provides theoretical evidence for energy saving design of buildings and air conditioning,and makes air the conditioning system more economical and efficient.
